After 8 months work, including trips to Stuttgart, Reading and Speke, Porsche Financial Services GB (PFSGB) launched the UK version of the Porsche Financial Calculator (PFC). PFC is the global Porsche Financial Services’ in-house, web enabled, point of sale motor finance calculator for use in the Porsche Retail Centres. Codeweavers have worked closely with PFS and their German systems supplier MHP to integrate the YourCarLoan (YCL) web service into the Porsche system.
Codeweavers part in the project has been to build a range of PFSGB finance calculators and integrate them into the YCL platform, enabling the Porsche centres to quote a range of motor finance products including PCP and Balance Payments. In addition to the development work Codeweavers have worked closely with the team at PFSGB consulting to ensure that the system is as effective as possible.
